A Tutorial
1. Cocktail
Cocktail adalah minuman yang terbuat dari minuman keras yang dicampur sirup, air soda, atau bahan minuman lainnya. Kadar alkohol dalam satu liquor tidak terlalu tinggi.
Contoh: Manhattan, White Russian, Martini, dll.
• Cara menyajikan cocktail:
Per gelas. Biasanya menggunakan gelas berkaki atau gelas tinggi. Cocktail tidak disajikan dalam botol, jadi tidak ada 'aksi' menuang cocktail ke gelas karena saat disajikan sudah dalam gelas dan siap minum. (Paling mudah dicari gambarnya di google)
2. Wine & Champagne
Wine adalah minuman hasil olahan anggur yang difermentasi. Kadar alkohol dalam wine tergolong tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan cocktail. Champagne adalah minuman anggur putih bergelembung. Karena biasa disajikan saat pesta, kadar alkoholnya lebih kecil dari cocktail.
• Cara menyajikan wine/champagne:
ㅤ- Per botol. Biasakan bawa botol dalam ember kecil berisi es batu, lalu gelasnya. Gelas wine itu tinggi lebar bergagang, gelas champagne lebih kecil ramping tapi bergagang juga.
ㅤ- Per gelas. Sama seperti cocktail.
3. Hard Liquor
Minuman keras murni. Ini yang paling umum ditemukan dalam host club. Karena beberapa host club memang bertujuan untuk menjulang penjualan minuman keras jenis ini.
Contoh: Gin, Vodka, Bourbon, Vermouth, Brandy, dll.
• Cara menyajikan:
Per botol. Botol tidak perlu dibawa di dalam ember berisi es, tapi sediakan ember kecil berisi bongkahan es agak besar jika tamu ingin minumannya didinginkan (chilled). Disajikan di gelas ukuran kecil, berkapasitas maksimal 75ml per serving. Ada 'aksi' dituangkan ke gelas sloki/gelas kecil, jika perlu.
