What if the Eiffel tower is a holographic illusion created by transcending**(be or go beyond the range or limits of (something abstract, typically a conceptual field or division)*** alternate dimension planes with the alpha particles***( a helium nucleus emitted by some radioactive substances, originally regarded as a ray)***spinning in a correlation matrices***(A correlation matrix is a table showing correlation coefficients between sets of variables. HOLOGRAPHIC ILLUSION
The theory that reality, as we consciously experience it, is not real, goes back to the indigenous people who believed that we exist in a dream or illusion. ... Reality is projected illusion within the hologram. It is a virtual experiment created in linear time to study emotion.

The sun has All of the evidence points toward a conclusion that the sun is "communicating" with radioactive isotopes on Earth, said Fischbach. ... No one knows how neutrinos could interact with radioactive materials to change their rate of decay.

Long-lived radioactive elements such as uranium, thorium and potassium and any of their decay products, such as radium and radon are examples of NORM. These elements have always been present in the Earth's crust and atmosphere, and are concentrated in some places, such as uranium orebodies which may be mined.

The Eiffel tower is at 48° 51' 29.1348'' N and 2° 17' 40.8984'' E.

The earths atmosphere is the same all around the world.Light travels in a straight line though. The Atmosphere. When light travels through space from the sun, all of the frequencies of light travel in a straight line. When light hits the atmosphere, however, the photons ***(A photon is a type of elementary particle, the quantum of the electromagnetic field including electromagnetic radiation such as light, and the force carrier for the electromagnetic force)**** begin to collide with gas molecules. ... Many of these scattered photons fly toward the Earth, making the sky appear to glow.
So if light could some how manage to generate a solid it might be possible but first of we would have to be able to touch light but light can not be touched until we destroy it first.

Well, in a sense yes we can, but we need to be careful what we mean by ‘touch’.
Most things we touch don’t get destroyed when we touch, or sense that they are there. If you touch sand, then the sand is still around after touching it. The weird thing with light is that we can’t see it without destroying it in the first place.
When you shine light on your hand for example, the light you see on your hand is the light that has bounced off your skin, entered your eyes and been absorbed by the light sensitive cells at the back of your eye. In that sense the light has bounced off of your skin and so you have ‘touched’ it, but you only realise it because it has gone into your eyes and been absorbed or quote un quote (destroyed).
Another way to feel light is by the heat that it generates, like when you sit in the sun. This light doesn’t bounce off your skin, but actually gets absorbed by it so technically its (destroyed again). That causes energy to be deposited onto your skin and for it to heat up.
So in those two ways we can quote un quote ‘feel’ light, but it’s maybe a bit different to the traditional sense of touch.
Yet if some how you used a heat ray of light and hit a something super cold it could produce water or steam if that steam froze into a certain area and shape there is a possibility it could make the Eiffel tower made by light rays. but there would have to be many light rays in certain areas pointed at supecific areas.

Solar thermal technology, where heat from the sun is used to make hot water or steam.
