A black belt means alot to me. But it's hard to explain why. Being a black belt can give you mixed emotions. Proud, happy, excited, and achieved. But it also means I will have to work harder. I will be getting more advanced katas and more advanced moves than I did in the beginner and intermediate classes. Being a black belt can also be fun. I get to do more things than an intermediate or a beginner could.
A black belt means I have accomplished a goal in my life. One goal i had, was to be a black belt in karate. And if I do complete the test, I will have finally accomplished my goal; to become a black belt.
A black belt can be challenging at times. But I am willing to not give up! I've been training for the last 7 years and I hope soon to grow and get my 1st degree belt!
a black belt means I have taken chances and have never given up. Karate has helped me defend myself against bullies. Being a black belt means i now have more abilities to defend bullies.
A blackbelt does not mean I am the best, It means I have not yet given up on my journey and i won't give up. Even when times are hard. I will still train my way up until I feel I know everything I need to know about defending myself.
A black belt is something not a lot of people get. And I am proud to write how II feel about getting mine.
