Никогда не обращалась к кому-то за помощью, потому что живу в маленьком городе и меня просто не поймут
На уроке должна была выступать, руку подняла, все было нормально, пока не встала перед всем классом. Руки начали предательски дрожать, в глазах начало плыть, так сильно, что не смогла держать листок. В итоге меня высмеяли. Такое, конечно, бывало, даже в более тяжёлой форме, но не перед стольким количеством людей. Обидно, потому что все начало налаживаться ( появилась хоть какая-то уверенность в себе), но рухнуло в один момент. Завтра снова идти туда и смотреть в глаза одноклассникам, постоянно вспоминая то, с каким отвращением и жалостью они смотрели на меня - все это так трудно для меня. Наверное, моя проблема не такая серьезная, но, пожалуйста, если можете, дайте совет или поддержите. Буду очень благодарна, потому что я действительно нуждаюсь во всем этом
