1. Psikologi adalah salah satu bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan ilmu terapan yang mempelajari mengenai perilaku, fungsi mental, dan proses mental manusia secara ilmiah.
2. Dalam mengobati skizofrenia, dokter biasanya akan mengombinasikan terapi perilaku kognitif (CBT) dengan obat-obatan antipsikotik. Untuk memperbesar peluang sembuh, pengobatan juga harus ditunjang oleh dukungan dan perhatian dari orang-orang terdekat.
3. Aliran Psikologi Kognitif berpandangan bahwa kesadaran manusia dapat dikembangkan oleh suatu proses pendidikan, peningkatan akal budinya dan pembinaan kognitif di lingkungan tertentu, seperti sekolah, keluarga dan aktivitas yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat.
4. Sosiopat cenderung bertindak secara spontan tanpa memikirkan konsekuensinya. sedangkan, psikopat cenderung sangat terorganisir dan manipulatif.

— Gejala negatif : Perubahan pola tidur, sikap tidak responsif terhadap keadaan, dan kecenderungan untuk mengucilkan diri merupakan gejala-gejala awal skizofrenia.
— Gejala positif : delusi, halusinasi, pikiran kacau.
