* Yaşadıkları önemli olayları "Anal" denilen yıllıklara yazmışlardır. Böylece ilk tarih yazıcılığını başlatmışlardır.
* Baharın gelişini ve yeni yılı özel kutlamalar yaparak kutlamışlardır. Saraylar, mabetler inşa edileceği zaman yapılan törenleri tabletlere yazmışlardır.
