everyone in this world is born with the same amount of magic but their total magika is determined by how much they train and how they lived
a cruel life for example will increace magical endurance than someone who lived comfortably without any worries
but two certain aspect can affect the magika total which are talent and RACE,By saying talent i meant the ability to learn magic faster than other and develop much more stronger verisons of it "the talent for magic usually comes from someone with a inteliigent mind a adaptive mind and love for magic,and race
can affect their whole magika total for example a human at the age of 10 has a total of 59 magicka but a ELF at the same age who lived the same way as him with nothing different will, for example, have a total of 80
one can train magic by either practicing spells meditating or etc,
for someone to learn magic they must be first divided into the four elements earth water air and fire
Elements can affect a person greatly as they effect which person adaptivilty for a certain element as a person with a earth element will learn it much faster than someone with a water element and the opposite is true,elements are also a great aspect to consider lets say two masters of magic with a total of 600 magika both equally talented and strong but one is a master of water and one is a master of fire.even though they are equally strong and have the same total the water will win as in nature water is stronger than fire as it can extinguish it the only way for the fire master to win is to become stronger Or countering it using a sub element, a sub element is usally a bracnh of the original elements or a combination of two,returning to the example the fire master could use lightning to fight the water which would have increaced his chances of winning but the water master could use a sub element two for example ice which doesnt allow lightning to pass through it like lightning and direct it
