2.1 结婚方面
2.1.1 接下来的日子，调养身体，生子。
2.1.2 同时上美国的在线学校课程。
2.2 其他添加
2.2.1 雇员程序员，继续外包海外项目
2.2.2 有较多精力做海外返现项目
中国详细计划
继续结婚，韫如和我先家中休养一个月，期间我找到合伙人一起开办外包公司，她怀孕后，开始公司运作，业务可以是之前在美国建立的程序外包和线上购物返现，因为现在互联网非常发达，没有很大的地域限制。期间也可以开发一些小型的手机应用参加一些创业比赛。美国方面继续雇佣移民律师打移民官司。但是2-5年内肯定无法在进入美国，加拿大和澳大利亚。然后依托中国廉价的程序劳动力，尽量早推出产品和找到美国的风投，迅速脱手部分项目，然后可以去上海自贸区或者深圳的互联网特区寻找更好的机会。
不结婚，那么我回去后，去上海或者杭州找朋友一起建立一个小型互联网公司，先做他们擅长的小型外贸电子商务，然后再考虑外包和购物返现，之后同上。
美国详细计划
如果继续留在美国，那么精力要放在和移民律师开始做打官司的资料，收集证据和证人，设计绿卡计划，然后开始处理好学院转学的事情，并且还要和律师讨论打官司期间和官司结束后的方案，目前唯一确定的是期间可以自由的在美国。然后案子结束后，可以和硅谷附近的人一起合伙开发手机应用，也可以自己开设公司继续做线上购物返现，然后给自己做H1B。
