¿Que es un contrato? Acuerdo mutuo de voluntad para pactar unas normas y generar obligaciones y derechos, este es internacional cuando hay mas de un Estado que haga parte.

Para definir si este es internacional, nos referiremos a tres elementos jurídicos:
-1. Elemento extranjero puro--> Es internacional si se presenta cualquier elemento extranjero, ya sea subjetivo u objetivo
-2. Elemento extranjero relevante--> Cuando presenta un criterio extranjero relevante que determinará un juez o excepcionalmente una ley o tratado
-3. Efecto internacional--> Si produce efectos en diferentes Estados.
Criterios para definir la internacionalidad de un contrato:
Objetivos:
1. Residencia habitual (El establecimiento y domicilio de las partes)
2. El traslado del objeto o servicio de un país a otro
3. El lugar de ejecución de las partes contractuales
4. La afectación del comercio internacional
