Probably. There’s very little to do in Apocrypha except for read, and he had thousands of years to waste. I’m sure that many of those years were spent reading up on magic and other sources of power to facilitate his escape, but he couldn’t have spent all his time working. I’m inclined to think that for some time after he arrived, he probably still had a sex drive, but being there for so long probably crushed it eventually. (Only to have it potentially reawakened by the LDB.)
Side note: I have to wonder how much Miraak could possibly remember from all those years in Apocrypha. He may be Dragonborn/have a dragon’s soul, but he’s still physically human, and his brain would theoretically have its limits. It’s already incredible that he could have regular exposure to Hermaeus Mora, his realm, and the Black Books without going absolutely insane like everyone else who has attempted those things. It seems like there’d have to be a limit to how much information he could cram into his brain and actually retain. So he probably read the same books over and over again, maybe not even remembering that he’d read them before.
