♡I was a happy toddler always smiling laughing no cares in the world, that’s what my mum told me anyway. A few years go by and when I was 4 my parents split up. I remember it so clearly. I was sitting at the kitchen table mum making dinner, my sisters laughing. However that evening there was a tense feeling to the house. Like time had suddenly slowed down. Mum wasn’t talking nor was Dad. I was to the toilet and when I came back they were shouting and all my sisters were crying. I was silent and traumatised. My mum was angry and sobbing. A week passed, mum took me over to a cottage that she’d managed to get for me and my sisters. Things were good from then on. Every year I went camping with my dad, school was good, everything wasn’t perfect but it was ok. Finally I got to 8 yrs old and that year was awful. My dad was so controlling. He wanted us to be at his house so much. At that point I hated life. I cried every week and night because I missed my mum so dearly. My dad was so angry and so two faced. He got angry at the smallest things. I once broke a glass and nearly hurt my sister. He shouted to my face, spitting on me, telling me I was a fucking idiot. Over that year more emotional blackmail from him occurred. I started to develop a crippling anxiety that took over my life in 2013. My dad told me I was pathetic and ridiculous, he made fun of my panicked states, imitating them. Things carried on the same through 2014. In 2015 I had a “boyfriend” if I’m honest I did love him with all my heart. Mostly in an emotional way because we could relate to so many things. Sadly that year his stupid friend ended it because he always was creepy and said I was a slut. He would constantly stare at girls private parts and I couldn’t take being around his friend anymore.
