Jake's Main Ships:
Mokou - Jake is already married to Mokou and is the most common of the shippings.
Remilia - The two are very close in a sensual way and mainly know what the latter likes.
Flandre - Jake frequently visits Flandre to play with her and to keep her in company, As she is his favorite sister.
Keine - Both are teachers who teach the "Children" of Gensokyo, and both are friends to Mokou.
Yuuka - Jake and Yuuka have a bitter-sweet rivalry and when it comes down to it, Yuuka can be seen as a Tsundere.
Yukari - Both share the title of "Oldest Being in Gensokyo" as Yukari is the oldest Female with Jake being the oldest Male.
Sakuya - Jake Knew Sakuya for a long while and once even proposed to her, with Sakuya rejecting the Proposal.
Patchouli - Jake and Patchouli are extremely smart and Jake frequently helps Patchouli with her expiriments and her "Problems".

Uncommon Ships:
Ran - Jake and Ran seem to get along quite well due to both loving foxes and Chen.
Letty - Jake and Letty are polar opposites with Ice and Fire respectively.
Byakuren - Jake Spends many hours a day meditating with Byakuren at the buddhist temple.
Toyosotamimi - Jake and Toyosotamimi have had some friendly quarrels with Jake usually winning.
Mima - Jake Married Mima Back before she died and became an evil spirit.
Marisa - Jake taught Marisa how to use the Raging Beam.

Rare Ships:
Nitori - Jake and Nitori do not get along very well and have a hard time being near eachother.
Aya - Aya Gives Jake The news and whats happening within gensokyo.
Reisen - Both are equally good at aiming and firing, both were in the lunarian war with Jake being a bigger rank than Reisen.
Eirin - Both practice medical science and are extremely good at it, both created a variation of the hourai elixer.
Alice - Jake isn't into dolls, he finds them creepy.
Yuugi - The two are best drinking buddies and often get drunk with eachother.
Kanako - Serpants Scare Jake and is usually afraid of Kanako.
Suwako - Same with Kanako except instead of snakes, it's frogs.
Yuyuko - Both can eat literally anything without gaining weight.
Wakasagahime - Jake is a vampire so it usually results in Wakasagahime coming out of the water.
Kagerou - Wolf and Fox, It's that simple.
Lunasa - Lunasa and Jake are really good at playing stringed instruments and have contests to see who is the best string player.
