When we met at orientation you mentioned that one of the reasons you enrolled [Trial

Hopefully you are starting to see little improvements since he/she started classes. My advice
is to make those little improvements HUGE accomplishments in your eyes. Our kid’s
confidence soars the minute they get praise from a parent :)
Also, we have [Trial Name] scheduled to belt test on December 9th. Hopefully he/she is getting the hang of the way classes work. Everything he/she needs to learn we go over in class I. I can assure you that
passing this test will be an opportunity for you both to share an amazing experience.
Don’t stress if [Trial Name] isn’t picking everything up right away... the truth is he/she isn’t
supposed to. The challenge of learning the material is simply a way for us to boost
his/her confidence once he passes the test :)
We will get you more info on the testing later... for now simply have fun and keep
encouraging him. Honestly, the best is yet to come.
