Miss Rieders was born in New Jersey and moved to Richardson, Texas in her sophomore year.she went to J.J Pearce high school.she was scared like many people before moving but she really like it here, it was awesome because she got out of her comfort zone and tried out many new things.she was academically involved in high school, enjoyed her relationships with her friends and teachers.she loved pep rallies and she was a member of Oxala creative writing club and now is one of the sponser of the club.she graduated from Pearce high school in 2013, it is her first year of teaching and she is meanwhile in between finishing her masters degree.she was influenced to become a teacher by her high school english teacher Mrs. Beaudrie and her aunt Mrs. Barat, a teacher in North junior high. they made her interested in english, showed her how fun getting to know and teaching your students can be.her sisters and parents supported her unconditionally.she thinks every student has the potential to achieve their goals.learning best occurs when you are passionate and you love what you learn about and she also thinks that inclusion classroom presents their own fun, challenges and makes sure she is on her toes."hardest part about teaching is when a student feels discouraged, it breaks my heart because I 100% believe in them"she said.
An interesting fact she encountered while teaching is the idea of not smiling before Christmas is completely wrong and it is completely impossible not to have fun.she plans to be in Richardson, intergrading technology working with Iteam and hopefully teaching in the next ten years.
