כשהייתי בן 14 עזרתי לבנות תיאטרון קטן בבוסתן קהילתי. במקום לתת לכולם תפקידים שונים, כולם עזרו עם הכל, אז תרמתי קצת בכל תפקיד.לדוגמא, כאשר בנינו את השלד, עזרתי לחפור את החורים של הטורים כדי להיכנס. עוד דוגמא, כשהכנו את הספסלים מאבנים, הבאתי את האבנים מהשדה אל הבוסתן. זה היה משמעותי בשבילי כי זה היה אחד הפעמים הראשונות שעבדתי עם צוות לבנות משהו משמעותי שיישאר לעוד הרבה זמן.
אני אשאר עם הסיפור על התיאטרון, כי זה רלוונטי גם לשאלה הזה. תהליך בניית התיאטרון היה קשה מההתחלה עד הסוף. הקושי הראשון היה שאף אחד לא ידע איך לבנות תיאטרון. הקושי השני היה שכולנו היינו בני 14/15, ולאף אחד לא היה ניסיון בבנייה עם צוות. כשמשלבים את שני הקשיים האלה, הרבה דברים יכולים להשתבש. כל פעם שעברנו בעיה הייתה הצלחה, אבל ההצלחה העיקרית היתה בסוף הפרויקט, כשהצלחנו לבנות את התיאטרון. למדתי הרבה על עבודה עם צוות ויצירת עם צוות עם הפרויקט הזה.
