- I have high interest in C , C++ , PHP , JS , NodeJS
- I am a hardware hacker , I have an Arduino and love hacking about it and writing programs in C for it.
- I scraped data for CampusCupid
- I set right the bugs in Codevillage
- I lead a group of 4 students at SDSLabs for their projects
- I have conducted Linux Installation parties to help newbies to install Linux on their systems to encourage FOSS . Also i had conducted workshops on PHP and basic SQL for web developers .
- I have learn't Algorithms , Datastructures from an Online course of MIT
- I learn't Intro to Computer Networks from an Online Course of Washington University and even got a course completion Certi
- My primary OS is Linux , and i use it for the ease of programming and tweaking anything on my own , i.e without waiting for dependencies and as soon as possible . Linux allows me to get a semantic view of the architecture and hierarchy of organization of the OS , Windows doesn't . Plus that extra powerful BASH terminal gives an edge over everything.
- I have an immense interest in Capture the flag contests and even conducted one at IITR ( BackdoorCTF - enlisted in CTFtime too )
- I spent my summers reading Algorithms , writing an OAuth based API for sdslabs , visited BHEL for 2 days - field visit to Turbine assembly . Felt it boring , skipped it off.

- I have been a fan of open-source and a frequent user of Octave in Linux .
- I have a website rkravi.com where i hosted 1000 technical ebooks illegally . I deploy javawithus.com on behalf of m friend . Another new website coming up elite6.in
- My favourite datastructures are stack,queue > Hash-tables > Trees since i learn't them in that order plus i saw them in real life in that order.
- I stood first at my school Cyber Olympiad , I have cool communication skills too . Have been literary secretary
- I have already started reading more into Computer Architecture , though i already have a course on 8085 currently
- I had developed Skynet , a 3X3 screenwall in permanent exhibit at hobbies club . I learnt the ease of linux through this. we used VLC to stream from an external computer and made a script to ssh into each of the 9 pc's and show a part of video thus overall making a big display .
- I love solving problems on Spoj , codechef and Project Euler
- I use git for all my projects and my username at github is ravikishore1993







--- Why Qualcomm ?
- I have 2 options this summer , secure a project at some university but considering my cgpa of 8.25 and that i'm willing to spend summer in something that i love , i can't opt this .
- Second , is this . Something that i love and would be highly interested in speanding my summer and looking forward to have a career in it . So qualcomm . It would provide me the right mix for my interet in oftware and my fervour towards hardware . just again , i used Arduino and 8085 and really loved them. I even bought one and use it for that reason.
- Frankly speaking , TI and qualcomm would be the best choice for me in this situation but i got short listed in qualcomm before TI and neither did i attempt TI with much a interest.
- I gave a lot of thought for this profile and chose it only when i satisfied my innerself


--- Why should we take you ?
- I have a right mix of software and hardware exposure
- I have had prior experience with application development , you might have heard of SDSLabs at IITR , and that would be something you would look upon your desired candidates.
- Not just flaunting , but i have had experience with multiple OS'es and would be easily comfortable with most of Linux variants in case you people use other .
- you would be looing out for someone who has good enough knowledge of OOPS , Algos and DS and possibly a first hand practical experience with them . I think i would be a right choice for you .

- First hand practical experience in everything i learn.

--Weakness
- Possibly laziness . I am Lazy and that's true until something that interests me is right in front of my eyes .
