Most of the people in the video landed on computer science by chance, like trying out a new class through the recommendation of their teachers or friends. A common theme in what they are saying was that Computer Science wasn't just about coding, but more about problem-solving and figuring things out to get the desired output, as well as really diverse regarding the arts and what you can do with the skill. Personally, I think that answers are a small part of the what we need, mostly because you need the right question before knowing the answers and not to mention that the majority of important questions are not answerable by modern technology. I think Picasso was speaking metaphorically, as most artists tend to do since answers is a very relative term, but he is tight in the sense that no amount of technological advance can answer for a fact some of the most important questions, but computer science can help us reach heights artistically and scientifically. Artistically by adding another medium and creating many more possibilities and scientifically by being able to prove some theories and coming up with new theories. Computer Science even lets us reach new frontiers that we could never even dream of before, like space and the programming and creativity that goes behind those discoveries. I hope to one day change the world myself by taking part in the amazing scientific advances in aerospace and to possibly help program and design new rovers and technology to further discover space.
