Intro - Open inv hakkinda calismalariniz oldugunu ogrendim, bu konuda ki kuskularinizi gidermek ve decision making processinizi hizlandirmak amacli bilgiler vermek istiyorum. Open innovation'in getirdigi avcantajlar ve karsilasabileceginiz challangleri belirticegim. Bu challangeler icinde cozum onerilerinde bulunup size yardimci olacagim.

Avantajlardan baslamak gerekirse

Bunlara ulasarak costlari cok asagiya indirebilir, arta kalan butceyi baska projeler icin kullanabilir ya da reklama ayirabilirsiniz.)

You can bring new ideas into the pipeline which is one of open innovations strengths however, if these innovation ideas are too many and if you don't invest in the downstream capacity to process these ideas, the influx can create bottlenecks that slow the overall innovation process.

Open innovation can create competition. Sometimes consumer innovators give their ideas away with full detail, for free, which is more likely to be chosen compared to a indentically functioning paid product.

Avantajlardan faydalanmak icin neler yapilabilir
Start of with the consumer products which accounts for almost 60 to 70 percent of Siemens target countries' GDPs. Also it is easier for people to share their opinions on consumer products since they use it in their daily lives. Basic innovation emerges through personal needs.

There is a great chance that consumers already augmented the abilities of a regular product.

You can spend some amount of budget that belongs to R&D to the downstream capacity to process. Since open innovation will direct what to focus on and possibly how to focus on a possible product there will be a huge amount of remainder from R&D budget.

You can give a better customer service, warranty. Or produce a lot to have better economies of scale which will lead one to prefer buying rather than doing their selves.

Instead of having a small lab that spends billions you can let the world be your lab and spend millions.
