Many happy returns of the day Arun. I know this amounts to nothing on this special day for you because we confess we couldn't get what you'd have really liked - i.e. get Aks to send you a video like this. That's primarily because we didn't bother to try.
For those who don't know, let me tell you a short story. More than a decade ago, there lived a humanoid in our campus called Aks (Artificial Kinda Shitbird) who was a friend of Arun and nobody else's. Remember this is much before Artificial Intelligence was a really thing. In fact, when we spoke last week, we were both shocked to see Saudi Arabia giving citizenship to Sophia ignoring Aks. This is how genuine talent gets undermined in the name of diversity, Arun quipped. Coming back to the story, Aks and Arun were thick friends in college. Everyone knew it. It was a friendship based on utter lack of human emotions. Aks played Keyboard and Arun played Guitar and they would jam much later into the cold and chilly winter nights. It was a true bromance though Aks was not really a bro. Contrary to what we believed, Arun even went so far as to convince us that Aks was really a human being. We weren't convinced though but we wished him good luck as they planned to form a new music band - Aks and a Guitarist. Then one day, Arun was unnaturally curious and watching out for something over a binocular and I was sitting in Benzene's room. Suddenly Arun came rushing and panicking and went straight under Benzene's cot. We couldn't process what was going on and Benzene was too lazy to bother. in some time, Aks appeared at the door asking for Arun.
