Salah satunya seperti melompati kereta yang sedang berjalan, lalu bela diri untuk mempertahankan diri, dan hal hal lainnya.
Selanjutnya... Anggota dauntless dan calon anggota dauntless adalah satu satunya yang diperbolehkan untuk menaiki kereta dan melakukannya dengan cara yang berani, yaitu melompat ke dan dari kereta ketika sedang bergerak.
Remaja calon dauntless diketahui memilih pisau dalam simulasi aptitude test ketika menghadapi anjing, dan mereka mengambil tangga dalam suatu tindakan ekstrim.

Dauntless memiliki sifat berani dan keteguhan hti yang tinggi, suka bertarung dan memiliki keterampilan fisik.
Ciri fisiknya adalah
• memakai pakaian serba hitam
• memiliki tatto
• ditindik
• memiliki gaya fighter/sporty
• bersepatu boots/sports
• dan beberapa memiliki gaya dan warna rambut yang tidak biasa
• beberapa perempuan memakai make up gelap dan eye liner
