4. Payment Methods:-

PC-Promotional Certificates /Promo Codes - If any Digital purchase made via PC, Customer did not have to pay the tax. Only MRP value charged via PC. No Tax Needed.
GC - Gift Card - Tax Applicable -If any Digital purchase made via GC.
CC - Credit Card - Tax Applicable -If any Digital purchase made via CC.

Note:- Flow of Payment will be prioritize same as above - PC>GC>CC. Customer not able to control this flow.

Example:- Customer want to purchase a movie of $25 and He has PC=$10+GC=$10

While Purchasing the above movie.. Firstly, amount is deducted via PC then GC if still some amount is needed in total amount to purchase then rest amount paid via Credit Card.

$10 paid via PC (No Tax applicable ) -

Rest Amount paid via GC+CC (Tax Applicable)


5. Market Places :-

Primevideo.com - IN, FR, ES, MX, CA - Only Prime videos available in these Countries.
PV-Row(Rest of the World) - Before streaming over Primevideo.com 1st customer have to Sign Up & Stream. - Only Prime videos available.

6. Order Status:-

Pending - After purchase if Credit Card Details are not validated/has any type of issue with Credit card for successful transaction - then Order remains at Pending status till 4 Hours. Changes not applicable while these 4 hours. after 4 hours Order Status change to Decline Pending.
Complete - Transaction Completed
Decline Pending - order status received after Pending Status Completion. In this Payment Method/Credit Card Changes made via Us with Customer's Permission. No Time Limit Order remains in this status till customer closes this order.
Decline Closed - Just like Payment failed. if no Changed made via Decline pending Status & Order canceled via Customer/Us with Customer's Permission.
