-Σύμφωνα με το αρθρο 20, πργρ 3, επιτρέπεται η παρέκκλιση από την πργρ 1, βάσει της οποίας επιβάλλεται η κύρια επιφάνεια της προσόψεως να τοποθετείται επί της οικοδομικής γραμμής.
-Σύμφωνα με το αρθρ 18, πργρ 2, το κτίριο πρέπει να εφάπτεται στα πλάγια όρια ή να απέχει από αυτα απόσταση ίση με 1,00μ. Οι αποστάσεις μεταξύ των όψεων των κτιρίων πρέπει να είναι μεγαλύτερες των 0,70μ
-Σύμφωνα με το αρθρ 20, πργρ 7, στις παρεκκλίσεις της πργρ 1 του ιδίου άρθρου, οι κύριες επιφάνειες πρόσοψης πρέπει να διάτάσσονται παράλληλα προς την οικοδομική γραμμή (ισχύει).
-Σύμφωνα με το αρθρ 22, πργρ 2, απαιτείται απόσταση μεταξύ των οικοδομών μεγαλύτερη των:
-οποιο είναι μεγαλύτερο από τα εξής:
i. 5,00μ
ii. (Υκ-4)Χ0,15+2,00=(5,10-4,00)Χ0,15+2,00=2,165μ
iii. E=max(5.00,2.16)=>E=5,00μ Β4.
