I am interested in this position as one of the job responsibilities is to ensure that all the employees are expected to observe the standard call or chat flow with excellent quality of service by utilizing therapeutic communication on every interaction with our valued customers, which I believe I am capable of and as a person, I am the type who pays attention to detail and seeks pleasure on a job well done.
What knowledge, skills and abilities can u bring in this position?
I have a background in the use of therapeutic communication which is the core concept for effective human interaction. As part of the mentoring program that I’ve had from ECARE, in preparation for coaching session with my fellow team mates I have been trained on how to monitor quality compliance and to follow up for improvements. By nature, I am fast learner, team player and have good organizational skills.
What relevant experience do you have in this position?
Way back from my previous account, I enrolled to mentorship program with my previous TL from ECARE. This experience had broadened my knowledge and skills on monitoring team’s compliance to quality. To prepare myself, I attended quality calibration session with my supervisor in order to work with him on rating quality line items. I have also performed coaching session with my fellow team mates to improve our performance by working together on how we can achieve the most effective and efficient means for handling chat sessions without sacrificing customers service and while resolving the issue.
