Acara yang diadakan di ruang PPI, lantai III Kantor Pusat Unmer Malang ini menghadirkan pembicara Prof. Dr. Arief Hidayat, S.H.,M.S. yang juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi Indonesia. Hadirnya Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagai pembicara tentunya membawa atmosfir baru dalam pemikiran mahasiswa Unmer Malang.
Tidak hanya dihadiri oleh mahasiswa fakultas hukum, setiap fakultas juga mengirimkan perwakilannya untuk mendapatkan ilmu langsung dari Ketua MK tersebut. Mahasiswa S2 atau pasca sarjana juga turut hadir memenuhi ruangan paling luas di kantor pusat Unmer Malang.
