Due to the rapid spread of underground information across the internet, an appropriate method of storing, filing, and sorting this information was required. This resulted in 51 developers with ranging experiences and expertise from around the world to gather together on a single chat to develop a system. The platform currently being implemented is an international peer-to-peer decentralized Merkle-DAG tree that organizes the plotting of storage devices, the location of said documents on these storage devices, and the sorting of information into explicit categories for future operational capabilities and mass media exposure. The networking protocol uses every mode of file and data transfer to connect between peers and nodes, but is non-dependent on the internet. This filing system cannot be 'hacked', social engineered, denial-of-service attacked, taken down, exposed, or accessed by any outside party, it is essentially server-less. Only 56 people have the necessary keys to upload and link files together. In the event of one node being exposed, the actual data of the files have gone under a sharding algorithm, therefore the files can never be read without the express permission of the keys. Once a file has been uploaded to the platform, it may never be deleted, all changes in the state of the platform are recorded, and all files are permanently stored.

Within this filing system houses text documents and picture scans of open source, confidential, classified, and/or previously classified documents. Prior to upload, all files go through a metadata wash cycle, and are converted to plain text files or standard picture formats. The context of these files directly include the establishment and revolution of a global network of human trafficking, drug and arms smuggling, and staged future world events relating to terrorism and policy. This system does not generate data and is not open to the public. All data is compiled and stored in the filing system to prevent deletion or third-party intervention with the truth. Slowly these files are becoming more and more connected, with links that reach from low-level positions, already convicted or exposed sexual predators, large market cap corporations, high-end celebrities, humanitarian foundations, places of worship, and political and world leaders. There is no single point of weakness, as the documents require a signature between the keys to access specific files stored on specific sections of the Merkle tree. It cannot be stopped, and it cannot be undone.
