Current Laycan dates label to be changed to Laytime - This is assigned with same process, formula by Loading master or terminal manager.
Laycan means the time frame between which we expect the vessel to arrive. This is added by Ship Agent, and can keep updating narrow down. So we need to keep updating Jetty Calendar based on this.
The ship agency when assigning agents can assign multiple ship agents from their company too and all those ship agent can do exactly same things.
When Product owner adds the Ship Agency they can add inspectors i.e multiple. This is options at this point. This user will not login to system. The Ship Agent can also add inspectors. This is optional but before starting discharge activities it should be added this field.
