In the “Proposal and Sketching-House” assignment, I am tasked with
designing a house based on the environmental conditions. To begin I
started doing research on green designs, and the architecture that
goes into building it. The research included, planning the layout,
interior and design. The analysis of the conditions of the environment
will have influences on the design of the house, remodeling it to a
more effect design. I have chosen a house design that I believe will
be most enduring in its environmental conditions.



The design I have chosen to construct for this assignment is a 30 ft x
110 ft rectangular shape floor plan. The actual house consists of 7-8
rooms, including 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a garage as well as
landscaping. Additionally, I have decided to add solar panels to the
house, the location of these solar panels will be on the roof of the
house, this way the house can efficiently power up, taking advantage
of it’s environmental resources. The cost of the housing is adjusted
to be reasonable according to the environment and local economical
requirements.


Overall, the house is drawn up to be at most a most environmentally
friendly design including solar panels and other environmental factors
that minimizes the harmful effects on the environment.
