Satan good: 1) No restraint, God okay with it at first (?); 2) just wanted freedom and to reign, "Better to reign in H*ll than to serve in Heav'n!"; 3) refuses to fight against Heaven again despite Beelzebub's persuasion; 4) good leader, won't go back to fight a stronger enemy; 5) feels kind of human emotions (is that really that good though?); 6) tries and doesn't give up; 7) sense of justice; 8) he rallied others; 9) good speaker; 10) inspires people; 11) has some good thoughts; 12) succeeded in his mission

Satan bad: 1) leads a rebellion (is that really that bad though?); 2) says "should I have repented? begged for forgiveness?" proving he knows what he has done is wrong; 3) wage eternal war (why would you wage war for eternity?); 4) decided to make God miserable (mean); 5) prideful; 6) feels kind of horrible human emotions; 7) says "I don't care if there's a better way, we're doing it my way" (lines 253-255); 8) power-hungry; 9) over throws God to become God; 10) seized power and left his allies behind saying to them "Princes, Potentates, Warriers, the Flowr of Heav'n, once yours, now lost," saying all that you fought for is lost if you don't fight with me; 11) even his allies thought it was evil plight; 12) he lied to his allies
