Herbology (herbologi) adalah pelajaran tentang tanaman ajaib di dunia Harry Potter dan Muggle. Di kelas ini, siswa belajar untuk merawat dan memanfaatkan tanaman dan juga belajar tentang sifat magis mereka, dan kegunaannya. Banyak tanaman yang digunakan sebagai bahan-bahan untuk ramuan dan obat-obatan, sementara yang lain memiliki efek magis mereka sendiri.
Peralatan – peralatan yang dibutuhkan :
• Dragon Dung (kotoran naga) - digunakan sebagai pupuk.
• Dragon Dung compost (kompos kotoran naga) - digunakan untuk penanaman.
• Dragon Hide Gloves (naga yang menyembunyikan sarung tangan) - dipakai saat menangani tanaman berbahaya
• Earmuffs (penutup telinga) - digunakan oleh siswa ketika mengambil dan menanam bayi Madrake, sehingga mereka tidak membahayakan siswa dengan suara mereka
• Mooncalf Dung (kotoran orang bodoh) - digunakan sebagai pupuk (dapat membuat tanaman ajaib tumbuh dengan baik).
• Tongkat sihir- untuk merapal mantra yang terkait dengan Herbologi.
