Викнах го и му извадих хляб и едно просо което бях взела от манастира.Той много се зарадва. Тръгнахме навътре из гората. Докато той хапваше аз не смеех да го питам от къде е и какво дири тука. Но любопитството ми натделя и го попитах . Бунтовникът ми отговори че търси своята дружина. Попита ме къде може да се скрие . А аз му отвърнах че дори и да ми навлече проблеми , няма да го оставя сам в този студ и ще го приюта в дома си . Момъкът грейна от щастие. Наведе се и целуна старата ми напукана ръка.
Предложих да подаржа пушката му , защото виждах че и без това не може да ходи добре. Взех детето в едната си ръка , а пушката в другата. Навътре в гората чухме гласове. Уплаших ме се и аз му казах че не може така да продължаваме , защото скоро ще се съмне.Предложих му да се скрие в гората пък утре вечер ще дойда отново. Момчето се съгласи, върнах му пушката и тръгна.
Извиках защото видях че внучето ми е умряло от студ . Момъкът се повърна. Виждах че искаше да ме утеши , но не знаеше какво да ми каже. Казах му да върви пък утре вечер ще го търся тук от където сме се разделили.
