pranz -> 8pm : perioada de ingestie
ziua de proteine (interval de 4 ore intre pranz si cina)
ziua de amidon si carbo (pauza de minim 3 ore -ll-)
ziua de vitamine (se poate manca din 2 in 2 ore)
PROTEINE - PRANZ: carne de pasare, porc, vita, iepure, curcan, vanat, peste, fructe de mare, soia; multa salata proaspata sau alte legume, la abur, inabusite sau sote; o felie de paine si 0,3l de supa simpla(supa la sfarsitul mesei) !!nu combinati dif tipuri de proteine alimentare (carne si lactate, lactate si oua etc)
CINA: aceleasi tipuri de alimente ca si la pranz, cu exceptia supei si a painii. daca pranzul include carne, carne si la cina.
AMIDONURI - PRANZ: carbohidrati cu continut bogat in amidon: fasole, mazare, boabe de soia, hrisca, naut, orez sau cartofi, mei (asortate cu salate si legume) se poate manca o felie de paine
CINA: aceleasi alimente in cantitati mai mici fara paine
CARBOHIDRATI - PRANZ: mamaliga, cus cus, terci de hrisca sau de porumb. tipuri de paste sau pizza cu legume sau ierburi aromate si de asemenea alte aluaturi (covrigei sarati, baghete sarate, biscuiti, grisine si alte produse fabricate din aluat fara drojdie) sau prajituri. sunt permise sfecla rosie si salatele din rucola, varza, salata verde, rosii sau castraveti.
CINA: o felie de tort sau 3 produse de patiserie la alegere ori aceeasi cantitate de biscuti sau 3 cupe de inghetata si obligatoriu!! 4 bucatele de ciocolata neagra.
VITAMINE - rec un singur fel de fructe la o masa. fructe uscate, seminte si nuci. compoturi din fructe, fructe pasate, supele din fructe si legume si fructele coapte.
in fiecare zi, primul lucru e un pahar de apa minerala sau un pahar de apa calduta cu o lingurita de otet de mere si miere de albine.
gramaje proteine; 2 file somon pt toata ziua: 400 gr(250 gr pranz, 150 gr cina)
2 fripturi curcan pt toata ziua(2 treimi la pranz+1 treime la cina)
200gr branza+100 gr iaurt dietetic pt toata ziua
400gr carne vita slaba cu os toata ziua
250gr piept de pui sau curcan la pranz + 150gr cina
3 pulpe pui sau curcan: 2 pranz + 1 cina
3 pastravi file:2 pranz + 1 cina
3 cotlete de carne de porc slaba: 2 pranz + 1 cina
3 oua: 2 pranz+1 cina
500gr coaste porc slabe: 300gr pranz+200gr cina
proteine: mic dejun: 1 banana taiata felii, 1 kiwi
gustare:4 clementine??
pranz:500 gr spanac, 2 catei de usturoi, sare, piper negru, apa, 3 oua
dupa ce spanacul s a ingrosat, se adauga usturoiul zdrobit, sare si piper negru + 2 oua jumari si o felie de paine
beti 300 ml de supa simpla
cina:un ou jumari cu spanac.
amidonuri: 3 caise sau o banana felii
pranz: cartofi cu salata -> se decojesc si se taie in felii subtiri 8 cartofi fierti. se soteaza ceapa in 1 lingura ulei. cand s a rumenit, se adauga cartofii, se condimenteaza cu sare dupa gust si se rumenesc. la final se presara patrunjel tocat.+ salata verde
cina: o portie mica de cartofi pastrata de la pranz si o salata proaspat preparata.
carbohidrati: un ciorchine strugure, un mar
pranz: pizza (250 g faina, 15 g drojdie, 1/2 ling zahar, un vf de cutit sare, apa calduta, 4 linguri sos de rosii, 1 ling ulei se masline
se dizolv zaharul si drojdia in apa calduta. cand drojdia se umfla, se adauga faina sarata si se framanta un aluat. jum de ora dospit, se unge cu ulei de masline si sos de rosii. 20 de min la 200g celsius
cina: o felie de tort sau 3 cupe inghetata si 4 buc cioc neagra.
vitamine: un ciorcine mare de strugure
gustare: un pahar de suc de portocale
pranz: se curata si se taie pe jum 2 banane. se stropesc cu suc de portocala si se soteaza rapid intr o lingura de unt. se orneaza cu migdale macinate si fructe de padure
gustare; o mana de stafide si o cana de ceai
