Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I want to voice my serious concern about your new location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, on 130 N. 4th Street.

Much like most people in the neighborhood, I was very excited when I heard about the new location opening right near my apartment, but my excitement quickly dissipated with my first visit.

When I got to the front of the line, my order wasn't taken for five minutes, while several employees laughed and joked with each other within earshot of me. Along with the lack of attention, there was a lack of fresh ingredients, and several meat options were not ready when people finally did get their orders in, adding additional time in line and creating a backup.

At first, I attributed this to the pains of opening up a new store, but upon my return today, I was shocked to see that the same issues plaguing the Williamsburg location have remained, and in-fact have been exacerbated.

Today, I ordered a burrito bowl. As we went down the line I was asked, rather hastily, if I wanted sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. I said yes, and then she also added corn, which I didn't want. When I told her I didn't want corn, she rudely replied "Yes you did. You said corn." Despite me calmly trying to tell her that I didn't say I wanted corn, she continued to badger me and eventually just walked away, throwing out the bowl in an angry fashion.

Without saying a word to me she went back to the beginning of the line, re-making my bowl, again incorrectly. This time I didn't say anything because the line behind me was beginning to back up, and I just wanted to leave.

I normally don't write companies about my bad experiences at their stores, but I am genuinely worried about the future health of this particular location. Today, and every other time I have been to this location, customers are frustrated, employees are rude, and the food is well below the standard I have come to know and love from Chipotle.

I'm not sending this note because I'm angry, I'm sending it because I am truly disturbed by my experience. There is also a Dos Toros right down the block which seems a lot more desirable right now, where the quality of food and employees is several notches above the Williamsburg Chipotle.
