2. ผสมน้ำตาลทรายขาว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ คนให้น้ำตาลละลายเข้ากัน
3. ผสมนมข้นจืด 30 มล. (1 ออนซ์)
4. ผสมนมจืด 60 มล. คนให้เข้ากัน
5. ตักน้ำแข็งใส่เต็มแก้ว ราดน้ำชาผสมลงไป
6. ตักฟองนมโปะด้านบน
