Well...Today I'm off to war. i know it will be a strident journey as a advance to soldier. Since I live in the North I want to help try to free slaves. Cause no one should have to live a life picking cotton and not getting anything for as much as they do. And Black people are the same exact being as whites. All it is that they have different skin color. But I'm really nervous on going out to war. But I think some people will be indifferent if another soldier gets injured during war. My number one rule is to help someone in need if their hurt. Oh,I have to go the I just heard the trumpet got to go march. When I got on the bus the commander said that he wanted us to march 25 miles tomorrow. He said 50 better get my legs ready. Hopes that the Union army will have victory of this war.
