This is a drug abuse if you haven't noticed there are so many ways you can get and so many things that you can easily get, and get high off of or get drunk, and because of this there's so many kids abusing things that weren't even meant for harm to our body. I think it's ridiculous and it's really hard to get out of the habit.
The steps you have to take take so long and the worst thing is people who come out of rehabilitation aren't even garenteed of coming out clean. I think That there's NO WAY I'm going to turn into those kinds of disgusting drug addicts, But I think the best thing to do is to not hang out with the people who are interested into those things, people who thinks it actually helps but in the end, adds more to the problem.
The thing about peer pressure is that most of the time you don't even like it the first time but people surrounding you makes you tick, and for drugs you keep doing it untill you're hooked untill you get that taste. Really drugs are disgusting but people are pressred into doing it untill they get the taste.
Thats why You should avoid groups of people with that intention
