Last Friday, I went to see The Lego Batman Movie. It was funny, yet I did not laugh. It was about a billionaire named "Bruce Wayne" a.k.a Batman, adopting a child. This child is going to be Batman's sidekick. Batman's greatest enemy "The Joker" (Batman says that his greatest enemy is Superman, but it is really Joker) thinks up of a plan that he thinks is going to be the greatest plan of all and not like his previous failed plans, so he ditches his team except for "Harley Quinn" his girlfriend. Batman wants to send him to the "Phantom Zone" where all the other evil master minds go to when they are captured. This is what the Joker wants. The Joker firsts turns himself in, then waits for Batman to go get him, next he gets sent by Batman to the Phantom Zone, finally he breaks the evil master minds out and takes over Batman's house and Gotham City. Batman, Robin (Batman's sidekick), Bat Girl (Batman's future wife and partner, and Alfred (Batman's Butler) try to take the city back. Batman thinks it is too dangerous for them and makes them get out of the city. Batman goes alone and gets captured by getting put in the Phantom Zone. He learns that he is not a good guy or a bad guy. He has to make up for what he has done. The only way to make up for what he has done was to capture all the villains and come back. Mean while, the people I mentioned earlier are going back to save the city even though they were told to get out of the city. They meet up and Batman apologizes. They also meet up with the abandoned villains and destroy the other villains. Joker blows up of what holds the city together. Batman needs the all of the villains to help, including the Joker to save the city once again. All Batman needed to do to save the city was to say I hate you to Joker. He said it and Joker agreed to help. The city even helped. They snapped it together like two big Lego pieces. The city was saved. The Joker teamed up with his former villains and they got a 30 minute head start before they get captured. Batman now works with a team and that is how it ends. This was better than the Lego Movie and I liked that one. I did not copy this story.
