1. Bella in the basement - we would keep all musical instruments in there and all of mummy and daddy's belongings that are already in there. No costs. Keep tv in basement with Bella. In the basement; bed, desk, chest of drawers, tv, sofas, music stuff. All planned out and wouldn't to spent any money not even paint. (maybe a shelf though) Bella uses the current children bathroom.
2. M + D - Move into the bottom of their room - CC's room is mummy dressing room - continue to use M+D bathroom when old bathroom really close.
3. Christina - Move into top of M+D room, use children's bathroom. Open up unused stairs. Build floor on level of M+D balcony. get rid of balcony.
