You know how multiple staff have received demotions recently? It was easy for you, they're low down the chain, easy to remove-you can just click a button and they're gone. But when you have to make a decision that takes just a little bit of gusto, you can't seem to follow through. Honestly, it's pretty damn obvious who's causing issues, lying, manipulating and overall being a jackass. REMOVE THE PROBLEM. Who cares about some small bonuses that that individual provides? The other staff can bring that *and more* to the table. Your lack of listening, communication, and leadership skills is frustrating; all there ever is from anywhere is utter bullshit. I'm told a story and then when I ask questions, the story changes to the point where I don't know _what_ the truth is. Either that or you fixate on these things that have no importance in the big picture. Who cares what people build in their bases? You can't claim the server has nothing banned and then restrict what people build. You also tell staff that players are restricted in certain things (like 20 powerflowers) but you don't tell the PLAYERS. Why you've wasted your time trying to set this up I have no idea. You've failed the players who were dedicated to this server, made this place a disgrace. I'm fed up with this server. Every bit of advice I give to improve this place gets ignored and I'm tired of it. You rarely consult proper staff either (like your co-owners). Staff LOWER DOWN got privileges they didn't earn, which is absurd. If you'd consulted Matt and/or I about our opinion on Jake, this WHOLE THING wouldn't have happened--we would have told you we didn't trust him and if we *did* find something we liked, we would have created a contract that would have prevented all of this. If you're not going to listen to me, then don't ask for my opinion. I have better things to do than talk to a wall. Either get rid of Jake or I'm leaving.
