At first glance, a grandeur battle against a formidable opponent seemed very appealing to me. Though, even in a simulation - the goal of pure destruction and the agenda of committing a genocide on a group of people seemed rather vile in afterthoughts. The Manchurians and Japanese fought with pride and showed nothing short of gallantry while combating the Federation's Coalition. When you compare it to the events of Earth in modern and "ancient" times you see that it represents our gruesome and primal past, we are aware that our actions may be wrong and unjustified , but we continue to do it, and we perform those actions precisely. Simulators are fun way of using historical knowledge as a game, and as the word suggests, it simulates possible events. I mainly say history , even though the topic was science fiction because I believe that in the near , or perhaps distant future that Earth shall unite as one, recognizing the human race as Earth Sovereign, the other part being that it is probable that there is life beyond Earth, it shall either come to us , or we shall come to it.
