老师们，同学们，大家好，我叫张常博凯，我来自长岛华夏中文学校。很高兴参加本次辩论赛。本次辩论的主题是学生压力大是否利于成才。我方的观点是学生压力大不利于成才。首先如果压力太大会阻碍心理成长.压力太大心胸不会开阔,狭小的心胸不是才子的必备项,难以成才.压力太大顾虑相映太多,会造成优柔寡断的性格.从理论层面来看，学习压力过大会导致所定目标与实际情况严重脱节，超出现阶段所能承受的极限，滋生强烈的逆反心理和抵制情绪，必然不利于学生成才。且现如今的教育模式与越显激烈的竞争，使得各方以更高的标准要求学生，给其造成更大的压力。同时，心理承受能力的改变是长期发展和多种因素共同作用的结果，而学生在本阶段中以学习为主，短期内难以有实质性的心理素质提升，因此在绝大部分情况中，这种压力对于现如今的孩子来讲是无法承受的。据医学分析，在超负荷状态下工作或学习，会出现头疼、免疫力下降和易感冒等生理上的症状和焦虑不安、注意力不集中等心理上的反应，长期如此将导致学生学习效率低下，被动学习，丧失自信心和学习的兴趣，长此以往必然不利于学生成才。因此从理论层面来看，学习压力大不利于学生成才。从现实层面来看，人们会承受来自各方面的压力，学生也不例外，若学习压力大会使学生在学习上投入过多的时间和精力会导致休息的时间少，自由时间不足，无法开发学生自己的兴趣与爱好，也会导致没有足够的时间和朋友沟通和了解从而变得很孤独，过多的接触书本，处事方式会变得很教条一点想象力都没有。但如果各种压力适度平衡将不会影响学生的生活和学习，反而会成为一种前进和奋斗的动力。综上所述，我方可以证明学习压力大不利于学生成才。
