We, as one of the project participants, have responsibilities to scrutinize them in views of;
i) if...
ii) if...

As we saw in introduction, we, XXFG, already work to fulfill our CSR, using our Corporate Vision and Principles of Ethics and Conduct as guideline.
And we, SFD, also deal with projects abiding by Equator Principles. I think it is basis of social responsibility consideration.
Still, however, there are many latent issues within the projects. Some of them are actualized and they finally cost much to all of project participants including banks.

Our suggestions are,
i) to share the global evaluation of XXFG in a view of CSR;
- The awareness of our current status is important to enhance our consciousness on CSR. Many workers in XXFG would be astonished to know the gap between other US/European banks and ourselves. We are rather one of the lowest among the global banks! We need to be cautious about external evaluation and catch up other competitors as a "global financial institution".

ii) to add a new check item in credit phase, sponsors' past track records in a view of CSR.
- We suggest that we can additionally check if the sponsors did not have any troubles or issues in the past. Of course the troubles mainly depend on each project. But if they disdain social responsibility in their past cases, the similar issues might reoccur in the present projects.
As we see the table here, there are many projects recognized as "failure" or "problem" by external institutions.
