Şerit Sargı: Üçgen bezin tepe bölümü tabana doğru katlanır.
Simit Sargı: Önce şerit sargı oluşturulur. Eline yarıya kadar dola, kalan yarıyı içten geçirerek aynı yönde çevirerek sar.
Başa Üçgen Sargı Uygulama: Taban 5 cm katlanılır. Uçlar enseden çapraz geçirilerek, alında bağlanır. Ensede kalan iç gerdirilmeli. Bez kısa ise ensede bağlanır.
Köprücük Kemiği Kırığında Tespit: Üçgen sargıyı kalın katla, arkadan başlayarak çapraz öne getir, tekrar elinden çaprazla ve arkada düğümle.
Omuz Çıkığında Tespit: Koltuk altına yumuşak malzeme koyulur. Üçgen sargı ile kol askıya alınır, tepe kısma küçük düğüm atılır, başta üçgen sargı ile kol gövdeye bağlanır.
Kol Kemiği Kırığında Tespit: Hasta oturtulur. Koltuk altına katlanmış havlu konur. Kaplanmış tespit malzemelerden kısa olanı koltuk altına kadar, dirseği içine olacak şekilde yerleştirilir. İki sargı ile düğümler dışta kalacak şekilde atılır. En son üçgen sargı ile kol askıya alınır. Parmak uçlarından dolaşım kontrol edilir. En son 2 üçgen sargı ile kol bedene sabitlenir.
ön Kol ve Bilek Kırığında Tespit: Yaralı oturtulur, dirsek ve parmakları içine alacak şekilde 2 şerit sargı yerleştirir, avuca rulo yerleştir ve destekle, malzemeden biri iç kısma diğeri de dış kısma yerleştirilir, düğümler dışta olur, dirsek bükülerek üçgen sargı ile askıya alınır.
