By entering the competition you are agreeing to be signed up to New Square’s monthly newsletter. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties.

The prize is gift cards for New Square’s shops and leisure outlets up to the value of £100 made up from a maximum of 4 x £25 gift cards to be posted to the winner’s home address.

Winners will be chosen at random by an independent 3rd party after the competition closes and will be announced on the Facebook page.

The prize is non transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable and must be taken on the date and time specified in the competition.

The competition is open to UK entrants aged 18 and over

No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions and the competition prize draw are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If the winner doesn't get in touch within 48 hrs of being notified that they are the winner, the promoter reserves the right to pick another winner to receive their prize.
