While Dhruva was frying the Fries, Ruyan and Ynez were doing the bread and butter pudding, we only had 30 minutes left to cook. Ruyan and Ynez started on the pudding too late and it did not get cooked in time. During the presentation it was not looking cooked and did not taste cooked enough. To solve it, in the remaining time we had to cook the pudding, we turned up the heat in the oven to maybe at least ake the outside to look presentable.

During the presentation stage, Nabil from the french cuisine group, stole one of our fries from the dish, completely knocking out out presentation of the fries as the one he removed one that had many fries resting on it. when he removed it the rest all fell. the seasoning fell and destroyed the presentation

another challenge was the seasoning of the fish as Dhruva, seasoned the fish before making it look presentable. after Dhruva seasoned it, Dhruva rearranged it making the seasoning not visible. thus, Dhruva had to re-season it and so it looked ok but was over-seasoned. to solve it Dhruva shook the bento a little bit so some of the seasoning fell to the bottom of the plate

Another problem was the coleslaw being too greasy as ynez used too much mayonnaise during the mixing. to solve this Ynez put more buttermilk to make it more fluid to reach a better texture

Another problem was the fries being underfried as Ruyan had to rush off to help Ynez with the bread and butter pudding. Because of this, the fries did not reach the desired texture and were not crispy enough. To solve this DHruva re-fried to fries to reach a golden-brown texture
