Matthew haven't actually being living, just being good and diligent with his studies, being good and a good person and responsible, but not actually doing anything fun or having life, with girls and party, and fun, just adventures, while the girl make her do everything he hasn't made yet, but still clearly become better and boldest, and still smarter, so a good combination if he gets with the right idea and execute it, and live.
The Matthew with money being different from the regular Matthew, although he already had his adventure and produce great results, and get a great gf in the way, he was completely different from the one broke, even tho he has the girl, he was just way more amazing, more confident, and is able to spend resources in things the other guy wouldn't be able to, he had lots of money, so he can send expensive gives, and go out, have a great car and actually have fun in whatever he has to do, and focus, like really focus on his studies, so he would be amazing at what he has to do, without worries about money and problems, having a great life, and still getting to what he wanted, to be president or something.
