1. isEDM checking is not needed on "GATHERED RECEIPT ENDTRY FORM" submisson. User should be able to use "GATHERED RECEIPT ENDTRY FORM" to entry receipt and get tokens even if they are VIP already.

2. Error message is not cleaned when checking user's detail.

3. When checking the fields, other field is grayed out but still enterable. Please prevent the field from any input when it is loading from remote. Ios compatibility: Cant see the grayed out field.
4. Receipt amount need to be validated as well. Prevent empty item from submission. Dollar or Cent at least one need to be with a valid value.
5. Cent length is maximun two digits, currently cent field can be entered with more than 3 digits.
6. Please wait and result page styles update.
7. No error message for failed submission e.g. "Recipt entry found for today".
8. Email member checking function not working after switching around different forms.
9. Ios compatibility: Spinning button "Submit" is not working in Ipad. Lookup spinner icon not shown.
10. Post code should be digits only field, and populate the Suburb on the forth digits input.
