I see that on Amazon Now application the payment was approved for Rs.530.00. How ever as you informed that you were charged only Rs. 520.00.

We are really sorry for the hassle that you had to go through with respect to the price difference in the Amazon Now Bill and the store bill.

This generally occurs due to additional discounts provided by the store on MRP on that particular day.

I see that this order was placed from Hyper city was cancelled from the store's end due to unavailability of stock. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced in this case. This usually does not happen and this is definitely not the kind of service we intend for our customers.
