1 جنيه نصف الشوكولاته رقائق الشوكولاته
2 أكواب كريم الثقيلة
تجهيز
1. سخن الفرن إلى 350˚F / 180˚C.
2. إعداد الخليط الكعك وتصب في عموم سبرينغفورم مدهون. خبز حتى مجموعة، حوالي 20-25 دقيقة.
3. وفي الوقت نفسه، فاز الجبن كريم والسكر حتى دمجها. إضافة البيض ضرب والفانيليا، وفاز مرة أخرى حتى على نحو سلس.
.4 قم بإزالة الكعك وانخفاض درجة حرارة الفرن إلى 325˚F / 170˚C.
5. صب الخليط الجبن على أسفل الكعكة، ويخبز لمدة 50 دقيقة حتى مجموعة و جيغلي قليلا.
6. إزالة الجبن والتبريد لمدة 4 ساعات، أو بين عشية وضحاها.
7. الحرارة أو الميكروويف كريم الجلد إلى ما قبل الغليان وتصب على رقائق الشوكولاته.
8. تحريك باستمرار حتى ذاب الشوكولاته وسلس.
9. السماح للغاناش للجلوس لمدة 10-15 دقيقة.
10. نقل الجبن إلى عموم الخبز مع رف الأسلاك.
11. في حركة دائرية تبدأ من الداخل الى الخارج، صب الصقيل الغاناش على الجبن التأكد من تغطية جميع الجوانب.
12. السماح للغاناش لتبريد وتعيين لمدة 30 دقيقة
