I had tried calling you twice, since last couple of days. But I failed to reach to you. So I am conveying my message to you through this letter as a medium.
When we sat down for the deal, I didn’t have an idea that this process of demolition of shops will catch up within a span of two days. The talks have been ongoing with a number of PILs pending in the court from years, and from last one month, I agree the matter came to the fore but it was not that intense. I just need to make it clear that our relationship for me is way above this deal or any other.
Day before yesterday Bharat ji called me to ask about the deal, I told him then only that the deal is closed, because I understood your tone when we had last talked. He checked it with you too yesterday, just to ensure.
Currently also, it is being said that 2ft-3ft space will be left of the shops, therefore the price won’t go too high and even if there is no space left, looking at the market scenario, in my opinion the price won’t get too high than our expected deal. You can further cross check if you want to.
Bhaisahab, it is not about the deal for me anymore, that I am trying to convince you about. The deal is closed for me too. It is just that I felt really bad and hurt to know that we have shared a good relationship from past 25 years, and you by not picking and listening to me, moreover doubting my intentions and not believing on my words showed that the trust factor is shaken. Believe me when I say that my heart breaks to share that I won’t be able to call you or visit Lodha Impex with that old zeal and warmth anymore. I am sorry if in any way my words or actions had shown otherwise.
Lastly I want to mention that there is some work left to be done in the building, which I am trying my best to get done with as soon as possible. I’ll keep you in loop with that. Also, the amount I had borrowed from you, due to off season I am unable to pay it back immediately. But that is on the top of my list as soon as my hands get loosen up. I am really sorry for the inconvenience.
