4. Dilihat dari posisi jatuhnya kursi, juga posisi badan korban, kemungkinan besar korban duduk membelakangi jendela.
5. Pistol berada di tangan kanan korban, padahal korban adalah seorang kidal. Ia tidak mungkin menembak dengan tangan kanannya. Kemungkinan besar, pelaku sendiri yang meletakkan pistol di tangan korban.
6. Jenis luka korban adalah luka tembak keluar. Hal ini dijelaskan dengan ada banyak bercak darah di dinding dan di sekitar kepala korban. Jika korban bunuh diri (luka tembak masuk), darah yang keluar tidak akan sebanyak itu.
